Yep, Jonathan, that’s how the rules read. Hopefully you can maintain your BA Silver status in future years to maintain lounge access.

Very useful, thanks. Am now living in the US for a while but with BA Silver traveling domestic economy a lot with AA so it sounds like I’ll still have lounge access.

John – you’re very welcome. As a frequent international traveler on oneworld carriers myself, I’ve found learning the rules has been a big help at saving a few bucks. Glad to see you’re in the same boat, and I hope others can benefit too!

Thanks for this tool. Most of my travel is international. Without this tool, I did not realize that as a PLT I get access to the AC automatically. It may save me some money when my AC renewal comes up next year.
